Warm Curry Chicken Salad
Ingredients
Chicken Thigh Curry Paste/powder Boiled eggs Potatoes Iceberg Lettuce Feta Cheese Cherry Tomotoes Fresh Chillis

Beerenberg Chilli sauce
Method
Boil eggs and potatoes and set aside to cool.Slice chicken thigh into bite sized pieces and coat in curry paste. Grill on the bbq. Chop potatoes and eggs into bite sized pieces. Add to the chicken. Chop and add lettuce, tomatoes and feta. Stir carefully. Add fresh chillis and chilli sauce to suit tastes.
Story behind this recipe
My husband loves chilli and is always adding fresh chillis and chilli sauce to food. I made the salad one day and used it as a side dish to our grilled chicken at a bbq. Hubby cut his chicken up and put it through the salad and it was delicious.
