venison cooked on B.B.Q

Ingredients

leg of venison 6 rashons bacon 250 grams mushrooms 2 tablespoon of rosemary bottle of italian dressing

Method

1. Make a slit in the leg of venison put the sliced mushrooms 1 tablespoon rosemary an 2 diced rashons of bacon inside. 2. use string to hold venison leg together. 3.put into a bowl and cover with italian dressing sauce and marinate for a couple of hours or longer. 4. When leg is ready take out of marinate sprinkle with the other tablespoon of rosemary and wrap the rest of the bacon around the leg of venison and place on B.B.Q on medium heat close lid on the B.B.Q and cook for about 50 minutes.
