Ingredients

1 can chickpeas (drained)
1/2 a sweet potato, grated
1/2 a zucchini, grated
1/2 an onion, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
1 tsp curry powder
2 vegetable stock cubes
1 egg
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
olive oil for frying
Sweet Chilli Dressing
Sweet Chilli Relish
Ranch Dressing

Beerenberg Products

Beerenberg Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying
3 tbs Beerenberg Sweet Chilli Relish
4 tbs Beerenberg Ranch Dressing

Method

• Roughly chop chickpeas, place in bowl with potato, zucchini, onion, carrot, curry powder, stock cubes, egg and breadcrumbs and mix well.
• Let stand for 10 minutes to let flavours infuse.
• Divide into six and shape into patties, fry on the BBQ on low heat or until patties are browned and cooked through.
• Mix the Sweet Chilli Relish and Ranch Dressing together.
