Tyler's Lemongrass & Chilli Corriander Green Prawns
Ingredients
400g Uncooked green prawns 2 whole chilli 1 Stick of lemongrass minced 2 Table spoons of olive oil 1 Clove of Gralic Crushed 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice Freshly cut corriander to serve
Method
*Peel Prawns (but leave tails on). *Combine Chilli, Lemongrass, Oil, Garlic and Lemon juice in a bowl. *place prawns in mixture cover and store in fridge at least half an hour before cooking on the BBQ *Cook prawns on BBQ until cooked and serve with corriander.
Story behind this recipe
My dad has cooked many kilo's of these prawns up throughout my childhood and now still as a family favourite cooked everytime my wife and i visit.
