Story behind this recipe
I love bourbon, and I love to BBQ, so this is the best way I know to combine the two. This sauce can be used on basically any meat, using any style of cooking. From Ribs, Steaks, Sausages to Chicken... Grilled, Fried or smoked.

This is amazing.
I tried this sauce on some scotch fillet last night and it had the most amazing explosion on my tastebuds. It was like a mouthf***.

I have a simple tip for everyone: Use hot sauce one drop at a time. Keep away from eyes, pets and children. Hot sauce is not for people with heart or respiratory problems.
