taka tala prawn skewers
Ingredients
40 cooked and peeled prawns tails on Beerenberg Taka Tala sauce and marinade 1 lime few springs of coriander wooden or metal skewers

Method
put 150 mls of beerenberg taka tala sauce in a bowl and add the juice of half a lime finely chop corriander ,add this to the sauce and lime mixture soak prawns in the marinade for 20 mins push 4 prawns on to each skewer (if using wooden skewers be sure to soak them in hot water for 30mins first) place on a hot BBQ for 2mins each side then eat and enjoy

i love prawns and love Taka Tala sauce so i thought how i could combine them and well this is what i came up with .. i have had no complaints so far only compliments
