Coopers Ale Barbeque Sauce
Method
1. Place onion, garlic, olive oil, Coopers Ale Barbeque Sauce, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper into the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over steaks, seal, and refrigerate for about 3 hours. 2. Preheat the BBQ/grill for high heat. 3. Brush grate with oil. Discard marinade, and place steak on the prepared grill. Cook for 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Story behind this recipe
I usually used soy sauce for the marinade and one day ran out and my son put the Coopers Ale Barbeque Sauce in as a substitute and everyone loved it so have been doing it this way instead.
