Ingredients

500g minced beef 2 clove of garlic 1 brown onion 1 pack of muchroom soup mix 1 egg half cup of beerenberg worcesteshire sauce 1 cup of chopped chives beerenberg hamburger relish cracked salt and pepper to tast 1 zuchinni 1 or 2 chopped red chillies 2 cups of flour

Method

easy,grate zuchini, chop chilli, garlic, onion, and chives, mix in with the beef, worcestishire sauce, pepper and salt, soup mix and egg. roll into balls about the size of a golf ball, dull in flour and than flatten in an oiled pan on medium heat, fry on both side till cooked. serve with burger buns, salad, and relish to top it off!

this is a easy healthy recipe to make in a rush, my boyfriends Mum taught me the recipe and I added in a few sneaky extras, these are a great party pleaser to take to bbq's, and a great way to get veggies into the kids., and they taste AMAZING!!!
