Ingredients

burger: 500g mince, 2tbs chopped parsley, 1 onion grated, 2tsp worcestershire suace, 1 garlic crushed, salt and pepper. sauce: 1/2 cup beerenberg tomato sauce, 1/4 cup mustard (seeded and dujon are nice), 1 tbs tomato relish (mine was home made, but you can buy it in any supermarket), 1 tbs chopped parsley. 4 burger buns

Method

combine burger ingredients, make 4 patties, grill for 8-10 minutes. combine sauce ingredients, in bottle, shake. place burger on bun and pour sauce - you will want to drink it... trust me!

Story behind this recipe

the grandkids don't like salad on burgers (funny that...) but love tomato sauce, so i just used what was in the fridge!
