I kilo of the best steak you can afford at the time a small dash of sesame oil a good wack of olive oil a cup of Bereenberg Peppered Sauce - or 2 good wacks
Bereenberg Pepper Sauce
Marinate the steak in the above ingredients overnight. If you like you can freeze the steak in tne marinade and cook it later. Throw the steak on the BBQ either in one piece on in slices. Serve with a cold beer or two and a salad if you must.
