Ingredients
16 med size mushrooms 1 clove garlic 125g butter 1 tblspn lemon jce salt,pepper
Method
Combine butter,garlic,lemon juice,salt & pepper. Put 4 mushrooms into each of four squares of aluminium foil, add a quarter of butter mixture to each. Fold foil securely around mushrooms. Cook over hot grill about 8 to 10 minutes.

Wanted a quick easy recipe to go with BBQ steak. This one was great.
