Marinated lamb and capsicum and onion kebabs mmmmm mmm
Ingredients
1 kilo of any cut of lamb. 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon minced ginger 1 cup sweet soy sauce 1/2 cup ordinary salty soy sauce ground peppercorns 2 red or green capsicum 2 medium spanish onions kebab sticks Beerenbergs - Hueys No 1 Asian Plum Sauce for dipping when cooked.

Method
1. Cut lamb into 1 inch cubes. 2. add both soy sauces, garlic,ginger and ground black peppercorns. 3. mix up and leave in fridge for at least 2 hours or longer. 4. cut up capsicum and onion into 1 inch pieces. 5. when mixture is ready get kebab stick and alternate the lamb, capsicum and onion onto it. 6. pop onto a medium heat B.B.Q and keep an eye on them till ready. 7. put Beerenberg Plum Sauce into a dipping bowl and make a beautiful salad to go with the kebabs.... 8 .absolutely beautiful.
