Kats Sausage rolls
Ingredients
3 slices bread 1 medium carrot 2 cloves Fresh garlic 1 large onion 500g Sausage mince 1/2 bunch fresh parsley 3 sheets PAMPAS puff pastry ready rolled 1 tablespoon milk 1 egg Tomato sauce

Method
1. Whiz up bread to make crumbs and put into a bowl. 2. Whiz up onion, parsley and garlic and add to bowl with breadcrumbs. 3. Grate carrot and add to bowl. 4. Add mice, egg to bowl and mix together until combined 5. Cut each sheet of pastry into 2. Place a roll of meat mix in the centre of each half and brush one side with ilk and roll up. 6. Cut into 5 and cut a slit in top of each roll. 7. Bake in a hot oven( 210oC) for 30 minutes

I make this for all parties and they are the first thiong to go as I am Famous for my sausgae rolls with all my freinds and family.

Tried these tonight and I used the mince instead of the mice and everyone loved them. made half with Coopers Ale BBQ sauce and these were a hit too. Thanks for the recipe.

Like Kats Sausage rolls
A big hit in our home , we had a special guest from France staying here and wanted badly to learn how to make our famous Sausage rolls so we made some with Kat's recipe adn it was a success and very much enjoyed them . Our guest has even taken the recipe back to France to make for her dinner parties , Thanks Kat for a wonderful recipe . Dont know where to vote though
