Glazed pineapple
Ingredients
Fresh pineapple-peeled & cut into wedges with core removed. brown sugar butter
Method
Coat pineapple pieces lightly in brown sugar, place in pan with hot butter, cook until glazed on both sides, turning once.
Story behind this recipe
This is a great accompaniment to ham steaks, pork or pork sausages. Can be served as a desert with whipped cream.
