Garlic and Soy Chicken
Ingredients
6 free range chicken thighs. 7 cloves of garlic half a cup of light soy sauce cracked pepper to taste
Beerenberg Products
Extra Virgin Olive oil for cooking
Method
Trim chicken thighs of fat. Crush garlic and add to a bowl with the soy sauce. Marinate chicken. Anywhere from 1 - 12 hours depending on the flavour you want. Cook on the bbq, turning twice until chicken in cooked through. Serve with a heart clogging potato bake and fresh salads.
