Easy Honey Glazed Beef Spare Ribs
Ingredients
2kg of beef spare ribs 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup of honey 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar
Method
Combine the spare ribs with all the ingredients and mix well. Allow to marinade for several hours or even overninght (refregerate) Barbaque until cooked and golden brown
Story behind this recipe
This is my favourite way to eat ribs - nice and messy just as they should be. My mother gave this recipe and I have cooked it many times. My kids just love them. And I can also cook them inside during the winter months
