cover chops in a baking dish with takak tala sauce, place in moderate oven and bake for 30 mins or until cooked, sauce thickens and sticky! Yum

So quick and easy, experimented one night, kids loved it! Can also use smoky bbq sauce, great for when friends drop over unexpected.
