Chicken on a beer can
1 large chicken 1 can beer (of your choice) Spice mix of your choice (try Italian or Cajun)
Open beer and pour off (or drink) half and insert in the chicken's cavity and spread legs so that it will be steady on the grill. You can place on a baking tray if you like. Close lid of bbq and cook for about 45 minutes or until cooked. Spray with oil every now and then.
