Fresh Crayfish butter garlic
Beerenberg Caramelised Onion
Cut crayfish in half and clean Spread on a small amount of crushed garlic & butter Place on barbeque then later on coat with Beerenberg Caramelised Onion, heat and eat.
Story behind this recipe
We often cooked garlic crayfish for barbeques but one day discovered the great flavours of the Beerenberg Caramelised Onion and added it to the crayfish, everyone loved it so now that's how we cook them.
