porkette sausages,onions,bbq sauce

Method
grab some skewers cut the porkettes in half cut the onion into block peices slide on a peice of sausage then onion and so on til ya reach the end of the skewers then slap on some bbq sauce

sausage & onion on a stick that the whole family loves, we use a variety of sausges not always pork,thats what we call a true aussie kebab on the barbie
