BBQ FRUIT KEBABS
Ingredients
1 x BEERENBERG CHOCOLATE DESERT SAUCE 2 X Banana 1 Pineapple 1 Punnett Strawberries 6 x Kiwi Fruit 1 lemon mint for garnish or fruit to taste or in season 1 PLATTER , 1 bowl Small wooden skewers

BEERENBERG'S CHOCOLATE DESERT SAUCE
Method
soak skewers in water so they do not burn when cooking. Squeeze lemon juice Cut fruit into suitable chunks , keep each type separate , coat banana in lemon juice , so it will not brown prior to cooking. Place bowl in centre of platter and fill with BEERENBERG CHOCOLATE DESERT SAUCE for a dipping sauce remove skewers from water and assemble kebabs, place onto tray and take to BBQ. Heat BBQ to medium heat, grioll each side 2 to 3 minutes , place onto platter , garnish with mint & serve.
