Aussie beef burgers
500g minced beef 1 onion 1/2 jar Beerenberg tomato chutney 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg Fresh coriander or dried oregano Salt to taste
Beerenberg Tomato Chutney
Beat egg in bowl, chop onion finely and add all ingredients together. If it's too dry add more chutney or if it's to runny add some more bread crumbs. Once mixed roll into balls, place them on the BBQ grill and flatten.

It reminds me of a mini meatloaf but even better because you get the smoky flavor of the BBQ!
