Congratulations to this year's Aussie BBQ Legends, who have each won a Beerenberg 'Ultimate Aussie BBQ Hamper Pack'!
The team at Beerenberg spent hours reviewing the many recipes entered to select their top three:

Entered in Beef, Lamb & Pork Recipes by Jules Williams of Queensland.
Balsamic Beer Chicken
Entered in Poultry Recipes by Kellie Layton of Victoria.
Taka Tala Chargrilled Vegetables with Fetta
Entered in Vegetarian Recipes by Melissa Gilchrist of South Australia.
“The humble Aussie BBQ isn't so humble,” Beerenberg Managing Director Anthony said. “It's progressed well beyond meat, potato and onion.
“Our Aussie BBQ Legends competition received a lot of innovative – even gourmet – recipes. Interestingly, there was also an increase in vegetarian recipes this year.”

i wanted to say thankyou to Beerenberg and thanks for all my family and friends! everyone is enjoying my balsamic beer chicken and i love the sauces! cant wait till my hamper arrives! thank you again very excited and very happy!
