The art of rissole balance is one I am only slowly learning... perhaps in the early days there were a few occasions when rissoles had pink insides when I was left in charge of cooking, but with time comes experience and learning to carefully rotate rissoles to all available angles is a skills I recognise that a BBQ Legend must master...
