That's not a steak.... this is a steak!! As a BBQ Legend, its important to recognise that if you invite several fellas around they are going to take it as a challenge to bring along the biggest, most impressive cut of meat they can. I thought the size of this steak warranted a mention... the biggest I'd seen and yet on this sizzling hotplate so easy to cook - a BBQ is a wonder!
