Thai Inspired BBQ'd Salmon
Marinate the salmon steaks in a bowl for no more than 30 minutes. Marinate consists of olive oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, freshly grated ginger and garlic, finely sliced chilli and lemon grass. Quantity of each ingredient depends on individual taste. BBQ salmon for about 5 minutes on each side depending on thickness of fillets. Serve with a fresh green salad and rice.
