Squid on the barbie
My husband makes some awesome seafood dishes on the barbie. One big favourite is quite simple: he threads a large, flat piece of squid/calamari onto a skewer and then quickly grills it. The kids love eating it, because it's like eating food off a popsicle stick. Really quick to cook and delicious to eat.
