Salad etiquette
BBQ host issues invites, with a request to bring a salad. Host determines with guest the salad type, to ensure no duplication. Guest does NOT have the right to change their mind without notifying host, due to the risk of duplication; doing so will result in the ultimate punishment - banishment from future BBQs and the sure knowledge that their duplicated salad will not be eaten! (plus glares from other guests!)
