Just add fire!!!
I'd like to nominate my gorgeous wife - she's a BBQ LEGEND!!! Nobody ever turns down an invite to our frequent BBQ's because she's such a great cook....she's a half Thai & half German-Aussie so there's lots of variety! My favourite things are probably her Thai style BBQ'd Fried Rice & slow-cooked Red Pork, closely followed by whole Mangrove Jack with coriander, ginger & lime. Desserts on the barbie are AMAZING - banana fritters & char-grilled mango cheeks served with BBQ'd coconut rice....mmmm, don't forget the ice-cream!! Of course she supervises me when I cook the steaks & pork ribs etc.....& makes me clean the BB'q afterwards!!!! She's a LEGEND not only for her food but the fact that she can cook on anything, anywhere, anytime....just add fire!!
