Aussie BBQ Legends

Newly married and trying to impress my husband and friends, I organised a backyard barbie. I spent hours making beautiful salads and making sure the garden looked perfect. The chickens were on the bar b q roasting and smelt fantastic. While everyone sat around the table salivating at the fabulous aroma of my basted chickens, to my horror when I cut them open I didn't know they had a plastic bag of giblets inside that I had not removed ! Plastic coated chicken giblets anyone? Oh well, the salad was good !
