BBQ Blunders ...

It was our first place together and we were only 18, we didn't have alot of money but made do and had fun every step of the way.. One barmy evening we decided to cook a bbq, after looking in the fridge/freezer twice we managed to scrap together bit's of this and that enough to make a good dinner. We had it outside on a plank of wood that was on top of a few brick's (our table) and without thinking i sat on the end and the whole thing came tumbling down, plates food and drinks all mashed together, we tried to save a hamburger and sausage, and cooked it anyway but after finding pieces of dirt and plate in our food we gave up and went to mums for tea!! i have never lived that down!!

  • Nothing Fishy

The voting system only allows for 1 vote every 30 minutes from the same IP Address. As such a single person can only vote for themselves a maximum of 48 times a day.

This entry was not submitted on Jan 4th - it was well before this.

The Jan 4th date refers to the system verifying the entry as a weekly winner - hence it is the updated date of the entry in the system, not its submission date.

    This is a legitimate winner.

  • BBQed Fish

It seems you only joined the contest on 4/1 which means 2400 votes in 24 hours . You must be cooking barramundi on your BBQ because it smell fishy from here.

Iam just lucky to work in a very large office where i have the support of 21 staff members on computers voting for me every 30min, as well as family and friends :)
This entry has been on for a week now and the votes have accumulated over that time not 1 day.
There are other entries in this comp that have nearly 12000 votes and no one seems to harrass them nor should they.
I wish everyone goodluck and mean no harm, it's just a comp.
