Chargrilled Oky
Quantity for 10 people Make a marinate with salt, pepper, lemon (4 lemons squeezed) and olive oil. Keep at room temperature. Take 2 kilos of fresh Octopus tentacles. Throw them onto alfoil placed on the open grill in a hot closed charcoal bbq for 20-30 minutes (preferably a Weber or Kettle type). Take from the charcoal bbq and slice tentacles into small round piece about 1-2 cms in width. Now throw them onto a hot grill plate until slightly browned off. Take from bbq plate and place into Marinate. Give everyone a fork and go for it because your visitors will not be able to wait for it to be plated up.
