BBQing from the female perspective

Thank heavens for the not so humble BBQ otherwise girls would never get a break from the insufferable job of feeding the hordes. Seriously boys how about cleaning up afterwards. That doesn't mean aiming your empty stubby at the closest garbage receptacle, and screeching in delighted amazement when it misses. NO rule book ever said cleaning was our job!!! BTW thanks to all the BBQ companies for finally producing BBQs that are aesthetically worthy of a pride of place rather than those eyesores that need to be surreptitiously hidden around corners and shrouded in cheap black vinyl.

Let's just all be nice, it's really not that hard!

I entered this competition in the vein it was surely meant; to have a bit of fun with the ultimate chance of winning a fabulous BBQ.
However, I feel compelled to comment that I'm really saddened and disappointed with all the negative and often nasty and cruel feedback or comments that are being posted on the various entries.
Granted, there are a few 'odd' entries, mine was certainly 'tongue in cheek' but that only makes them all the more interesting. Stop taking this so seriously and just enjoy it. If you manage to win some of the delicious Beerenberg sauces, be excited and hopefully grateful.
So let's just all be nice, it's really not that hard, you may even feel better for it!
