BBQ Recipes
Finely slice beef, lamb or chicken, onions and capsicum and cook to your liking with a little oil. Place some lebanese bread on the grill to heat through, top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream (all optional) and then a generous serve of the meat mix. Drizzle with your favourite Beerenberg Sauce, roll up and voila! You have your very own kebab, BBQ style. Great for those late night BBQs with a few beers! Or as a healthy alternative for the family. To make the meat even more tasty, maranade it in the Beerenberg Sauce for up to 24 hours before cooking.

Sounds delicious and a well balanced meal. Great for those hot days when you want to keep the heat outside of the kitchen, but still looking for a tasty meal for everyone.

BBQ Kebabs... sounds like a good idea!!
Sounds like something that would work perfectly with ice cold beer in hand...
It's almost like the perfect real mans meal - stuff it full of meat, hide the salady stuff in there somewhere, beer at the ready and NO CUTLERY! It's like a steak or sausage sanger but fancy.add commentJan 03 | ash
